Procedure - 6 Easy Steps!
1st Step - Contact Us

online quote request form. You can expect a reply within 24 hours after hours or within 2 hours during business hours (
Mon-Friday.9am-6pm).
2nd Step - Initial Concept
One of our representatives will contact you through your preferred method. If your company is based in the Atlanta area we can arrange for an in person meeting. This first meeting will be to go over the initial subject and requirements for the project. Notes and time will be taken to ensure we both have a complete understanding of the project.
At this point within 48 hours we will return a complete quote. This quote will include a complete listing of all work to be completed with as much details as possible, to avoid any costly communication issues. As soon as this quote is signed and return and the agreement is made and understood, work will begin. Our only goal is to make you happy with our product. At this point a domain name will be secured. This domain can be secured in your name, or we can handle the entire process for you.
3rd Step - Design Mock-Up
In this stage work will begin to create a "mock-up" of the design we have discussed. Design is easily one of the most important aspects to most people when it comes to web sites. We will work to earn your awe in our designs. If you don't get the "wow" factor, we have not done our job.
The majority of our past customers have been very satisfied with our very first design. Of course this is not always the case. Design is always in the eye of the beholder. We want YOU to be satisfied, our opinion takes a back seat. We will provide up to 3 designs to satisfy you and your company. If you are still not satisfied we will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you are looking for.
4th Step - Programming
Once you are 100% happy with the design, we will begin work on the core programming of your site. At this point a deposit may be required to begin this portion of the project.
Layout programming will be the first stage of this. This will include designing of all pages inside the site. We will always strive to make our sites compliant with the
W3C to ensure future usage. At this point we will either be creating or loading your content into your site. There may need to be more discussions to ensure we understand your content and how it needs to be arranged.
5th Step- Hosting Arrangements
All programming will be done on our private demo servers. Once the project is in this stage of completion we will begin discussing hosting arrangements. Hurst Design Studios offers full hosting services and can take care of the majority of your needs. If however, you have already arranged, or merely went with another option for hosting, we will work with you to ensure a proper upload and setup of your finished site.
6th Step- Project Completion
At this stage we are all done. A project sign off sheet will be provided to approve the completion. If any S.E.O. work has been arranged we will begin this at this stage.
